Ah, I thought you meant on the Sinn UX posted earlier, since you said 'their press photo'

Anyway I think the Sinn isn't supposed to have the air bubble. Super cool watch anyway.

It's either got to have an air bubble or a volume compensator of some sort. Water expands as temperature increases and it's not compressible so it will just bust its way out of the watch without some kind of volume compensator.
