Bedsit available, very near to Clissold Park. Decent size room with sectioned off kitchen and shower and washing machine. First floor, rear of house facing large garden. Recently repainted, nice and clean, basic furniture including a large double bed. For some reason there is an excess of chairs in there. Unwanted furniture can probably be got rid of.
It's a quiet house, not a party house, most of us have lived here a long time. Considerate, quiet, reliable people welcome. Bike friendly. Landlady lives 2 doors down the street. Non smokers only. Looking for 1 person, couples might be considered.
£150 a week not including gas and electric. They probable come to about £10 a week over a year. No deposit.
