  • Invader.fm is good today

  • Thanks - worth knowing.

  • Or you could just put Dummy on the stereo and not have to listen to the prick Lamacq.

  • Strong argument... and if you've got the right version you can hear the extra track.

  • Cannt see him surviving the next cull in the new year. Plus shaggy has a reggae show series coming up on r2

  • Ezra Furman's shows have been consistently good. On right now, music fans

  • "Tell us your stories about a time you fell into some water"

C'mon Steve. Even for you, this is a new low.

  • I think Lammo probably despises his woeful output as much the listeners do by now.

Best thing to do is put him out to pasture ASAP (or at least move him to a late night or Sunday slot where he doesn’t have a playlist or have to provide something ‘new’ gimmick-wise each day)

  • I love hearing about what the middle classes are having for tea tonight

  • Can't wait to hear today's stories about when people walked into a room but couldn't remember why they'd gone there.

  • I could fill the whole show.

  • Now Playing on Sunday is a Dub special. I wonder if/how they'll contrive to squeeze a few playlist tracks in to keep the masses happy.

  • "...the first rubgy match to be played under floodlights..."

    Scrape that barrel hard Steve

  • Bloody hell - how good is this Karl Hyde show?

  • Not been listening too closely, but I’ve not heard much that’s new to me. Thing that’s so good about Iggy, Ezra etc is all the weird new stuff I’ve never heard of.

  • Er, what did i come in here for?

  • Maybe the nick cave bsides featured on mary ann this morning.

  • To switch off the Steve Lamacq show?

  • Was a good listen... Felt like something worth listening to on a Friday night. I wish they'd give him and the likes that bloke from Scritti Politti a run instead of creepy Chris Hawkins and that other trumpet Craig Charles everything that's going.

I got a laugh at Shaun Keaveny. Craig Charles is about as funny as acid reflux.

That fucking 'mmmmnnnn' thing he does when he's interviewing someone rips my knitting right out.

I find myself less inclined to listen these days. Giles Peterson still gets a pass, I like Gideon Coe and Now Playing with Tom Robinson, Furman has been good as well, oh and John Grant seems to pick some crackers too, the rest nah you're ok.

  • 'Guess the year' is dire enough, but it's now moved into tweet us your favourite xmas films.

    IDGAF

  • I don't think Mary Anne Hobbs has played one bad song this morning.

  • Sorry, I put the scud on it - turned on just as she played something by Damon Albarn...

  • Whenever I hear several songs in a row by the same person I always think it’s because they’ve died!

Had to check to make sure Kool Keith was still alive just now! Cheers Huey….

  • T shirt day is back again ! The best 450 quid i ever made.
