I believe it’s the same as the mens; so World Tour teams at the top of the pyramid, who get guaranteed entry to all WT races, then Pro teams who are the second tier and expected to race an international calendar, then Continental teams at the bottom, most of whom ride a domestic calendar with the odd race in another country.

How does the structure of UCI women's teams work? Pro teams seem to be in a different category to WorldTeam teams. I think. Then there are Continental teams...are they something else?
