Dorney lake marathon is April 22nd, it will win no points for being scenic, or inspiring, but I personally find Dorney one of the most beautiful places particularly early morning, I did it in April and it was flawlessly organised, and while the course is repetitive it’s great for supporters as they can see you 8 times without moving and there aren’t many distractions from the beautiful sufferfest that is running a marathon , oh and it’s also £35 to enter!
I’m planning on doing Boston if my time is good enough but dorney is my backup if travel, COVID, work or family conspire against me.

Was considering London Marathon for 2022, but I've missed the ballot. Anyone know of similar Marathon-ish length races in April/May time to sign up for?
