  • Blimey, I got a boiler service for our Buyer when we sold our flat in the summer. They didn't outright ask, but It seemed like something they were a bit flappy about on the two viewings they did with me. Cost me £93.60 (in London) to give them a bit of peace of mind, hardly earth shattering money in the scheme of things.

  • Fair enough if it hasn't been looked at for a couple of years. If it was installed last year and has been notified...less so.

    If buyers really want peace of mind on this stuff then they can pay a third party to do an inspection. It's not like issues with heating start and end with the boiler.
