ultegra 10 speed flat bar you can use anything from 8/9 speed era and up to early 10 speed -so 4600/5600/6600/7800 but NOT 5700/6700 as the pull ratio is different. In fact 7 speed era probably works.
I've had the R770 on my commuter for the last 10 years and use a Tiagra 4400 long cage that is still going strong
