The Giro’s, what’s the fit like? For narrow feet or otherwise? Wondering if they would work as a commute shoe or too mtb for ‘road’?

They’re a more generous fit than true road shoes from Giro, at least in my experience with the Empire SLX. These feel pretty normal through the heel and the mid foot, but they’re larger in the toe box, and they’re more padded at the ankle presumably because they think people are more likely to want thick socks or to wear them through the winter. They’re definitely somewhere between a CX shoe and an MTB shoe and I’d say they’d be perfect for commuting, although Shawn has just paid for both, so these are gone I’m afraid!
