Is it my eyes or does the BB has minimal if not no drop?

Nah you're bang on, it's a junior track frame with small wheels so needs the high BB.

Hoping it's not too sketchy with steep angles and all the weight on the front. Suspect i'll be building her something a bit more chill at some point but she seems to like it!

Not a frame builder so no comment on the handling and hey, if she likes it then that's the bike!
