I’d just like to see what of the travel I’m using, I don’t care about the sag as long as the bike feels balanced - which is why I’m in two minds about the fork travel.
Yesterday was the first time I ran the bike with the shock-eye in the low position, which was interesting. Lots more pedal strike than before on familiar trails, bike felt really good though. However, I changed loads of things at once so pointing to anyone thing is close to impossible.
I’m also getting a noise that I think is the rear brake hose knocking on the inside of the frame so I’ve ordered some foam cable anti-rattle housing which I’ll slit down the side and feed into the frame. If that doesn’t work then I’ll have to split the hose and feed it over the end - if of course it is that which is rattling.
