Tiny bungee hack, bag bounces a bit at times as the three attachment points are all at back, just adds a little stability.
I might eventually sew on a fixing loop at the bottom.

I've found the knurling on my Vessel flat driver quite useful. Thought about getting the park driver knurled but have been happy with my grip tape solution. Think it might offer more purchase than the knurling tbh.

Neato. Been considering shoe covers myself, since I had such a hard time finding Speedplay shoes, I had to settle for a pair in glossy white, which is totally not my speed :(

Yeah nah, in that first pic with the screwdrivers, there's a string of letters on the right, I was asking about that.

Imperial drill bits come in a series of lettered sizes specifically for drilling holes to tap. I presume it’s that.

Corresponds to gauge size. I beleave the chart goes down to zero gauge then increments up the alphabet as the diameter decreases.

Yep, Sid has it. Sorry, my brain saw "letters" but didn't compute somehow. Needed more coffee.

Needed longer vise grip pliers, couldn’t wait to buy them.

I am so here for this. Cool hack.
I'd love an update here after a couple of months to hear if they've held up ok.

Genius !

I did a test on a carbon spacer before messing with my frame, it took molegrips and considerable force to break the bond. That’s before the putty too. I have faith these will hold mudguards in place indefinitely. Panniers maybe not, but I’m not that ambitious.

Hook the bungee under the flap and connect it to the d loop inside the bag. It holds the bag just as well, but you can open the bag.

High praise! I hope I don’t “la gaffe” it!

Ta, will give that a try.
Had 3 pumpkins secured in there earlier this evening. It didn't move at all.

Good work!
I replaced a mid fork mount, that had torn out with one of these and some JB weld. It lasted years, in fact it’s probably still going strong somewhere or other now.

What is this for, please?

Using a different grip (finger tips on the knurling/tape) when there isn't much force needed to turn a screw/bolt.
