Brooklyns are just fairly long and low compared to more conventional short street/track geo that a lot of brands use. I wouldn’t worry about it. The little bit more length/lower stack won’t make that much difference to fit in the end, just whack the seat forward to where it should be anyway and use a shorter stem/riser bar if necessary.
