Keep going and don't over do it. One big thing for me was really watching what I ate. I changed my diet totaly to keep weight off, I went totaly vegan while I was recovering which I have kept up at about 80/90%.
I understand thats not for everyone but being aware of what your putting in your body helps a bit.Good luck don't get to down it does get better you juat have to keep chipping away.
