Views on the Italian pro gravel race this week? I don’t mind it- it’s a little different, the strongest guy won apparently and it still had some tactics so bit more interesting to watch than some events.

Seems like maybe it worked because the field was small so they were ok on a short course heading into single track early on. Might not work for a pro tour type event with more riders. Presumably would need a longer run in to the narrow bits
