Driver pleaded guilty to death by careless driving, but no word yet on sentencing. I didn't go to the hearing, couldn't really find the time unfortunately. Reading between the lines of the report I would guess he just drove in the back of them, probably looking at his phone or otherwise distracted; but obviously no evidence or witnesses so he gets off with careless driving.
