Record Pista is 144 mm BCD your Centaur are most likely 135mm so Gebhardt seems a wise choice but if you're seeking something more trad, the old Primato are the other 135mm BCD x 1/8" option

Ok Campagnolo makes sense! I assume 3/32"? Where'd you get it from?
I'm currently using a Gerbhardt 1/8" ring on my Centaur cranks (near identical to yours) but I think the Campagnolo ring would look much better.
