Almost - no holes in the front face of the fork or the underside. Worst comes to worst I can drill and epoxy a threaded insert exactly where I want it, but that’s definitely a bodge of last resort.
I think the Strada on this mount will be too much strain for even a metal guard, hence the Isen mount.
Canyon mounts light on the mudguard but those are the stiff alu profile ones that can work as a rack too. You would need a brace under the mudguard like they have on some racks.
