MGOOF : Modern groupset on old frame

I'm thinking about bulding it again.
Must try to find a sram groupset (this one went for other bike) and some 3t ergonova handlebars. The rest of the components I already have (including the cat).

Got a -20 stem today and finished build. Still to see if I will remove a spacer. Rides amazingly well. 200km this weekend and loved it.

I think shouty wheels look great on this. Personally it’s the spacer stack and negative stem that I don’t like (and the bartape looks real thick), but otherwise, lovely.

last year I bought this CIOCC frameset. It came with a blue steel forks.
The low price made me buy it without thinking twice but when it arrived I saw that the frame had a problem with the dropouts. I had to repair the dropouts and now the rear wheel is aligned.
I have some 1' full carbon forks and I think this frame asks for one of them.
Right now I'm looking for a groupset (yeap, I like to ride sram. Campagnolo guys can start calling me names) to build the bike. I must buy also an italian GXP BB.

I think it has potential for a fast road bike. The frame seems stiff.

Your bike game is strong.

My first thought as well, but TB14 don't have stickers. They do have a badge around the valve holes, which these haven't.

Lovely build but imo a more modern rim profile with lower spoke count would look better. ✌️

cheaper and arguably better than tb14. Got some for £25 here. New wider version. Look great irl.
