Perfect for 16km round swinley

Saddle is rather low budget compared to the rest but I suppose the arse wants what the arse wants

Doesn't look like what Pace bikes came with, so clearly needs to go

That's the only component left unchanged from when I bought the bike.

Bleeding - lever is on, but a) it's not bled fully yet, despite my best efforts and b) again despite my best efforts I seem to have contaminated the fucking pads.

I'll have another crack at it tomorrow.

I for one applaud your continued efforts to distract us all from current world events

TBH I just want to ride it to find out if I've ruined it with the suspension modifications.

What brakes did it come with? Because I fear the stopper mods have ruined this more than the suspension tweaks.

I'd love to see a vid where you smash those brakes with that hammer

It came with a different set of Magura MT7s. When the brakes work they're excellent - it's just hard to get them to work, or rather it's hard to get the rear one to work. The front brake is excellent - but not sufficient.

WRT the brakes I did think it would likely be a pain getting all the air out of a dry brake lever, but I hadn't counted on contaminating the pads/rotor. I might hit the pads with the blow torch before binning them, just to see if I can boil the fluid out of them.
