Gruden can get in the fucking bin. It's not even like he's been earning his money as a coach either, fucking useless.
I'd like to see Jack Del Rio back as HC. He was great a few years ago with the limited talent he had - I reckon he'd do a pretty good job with the actual decent team we've got now.
