US imports are fully compatible, though no UK warranty.
Your style of battery should fit that fine.

They have State Taxes so basically non VAT from the UK point of view.
You will probably get an import tax and customs if you order from the US
Also Grey Import, as mentioned, so warranty is an issue.

I'm looking to buy a multi tool - given what I'll use it for battery makes sense vs cable. I've got two of these DeWalt batteries, so looking for a DeWalt one.
Might be a silly question, but is everything listed as "18v XR" going to be comparable with my batteries?
