^ good news on Birmingham. What they also need to do is start removing on-street car parking in the centre, turning multi storey car parks into something else. Hopefully all in their plan - wasn't published last time I checked.
Very few decision makers in other English towns or cities seem even aware of this kind of thinking and planning.
Great to see leadership and a strong narrative from Councillor Waseem Zaffar.
