I think not having a tote for the first few months has actually been helpful as it's killed my habit of carrying too much around. Same goes for the downsizing to a single toolbox - which I could probably downsize a bit more now. My main aggravation with my Stanley box is that my 18v drill just doesn't fit in it conveniently at all, but I also want to keep it semi locked away to stop my colleague abusing it, lol.

We're all carrying a very similar selection of tools. I keep adding stuff to mine for different jobs, must be 10-15kgs now!
