Bump.
She leaves today. 9 days and counting.
Winterise me. Or force me to use a SL7.

Get a carbonda and build with Rival AXS

LaVita?

I dont fancy your chances. Took me ages. Seems to be a dearth of such XL frames
-

that size L open UP in the classifieds could fit the bill ?

I have 9 days to get this built and hidden in the shed. No time for messing about with ships and big metal boxes.
Did I mention it needs painting Snake Eye green so it’s inconspicuously like the other?
@GLWS saw that and too small :(
I’m actually looking at the Merlin Gravel Frameset for a cheap runaround.
£ 389.95.
Thru axles
Flat mounts
Threaded BB
And mounting points!

How about a Topstone? Seems to have been a flood of those up for sale lately…

Because I don’t want to be another lefty Douchebag*.
*Sell me the slate plz. Kthanksbye.
In all seriousness, I’ve gotta build this cheap. Or you can sell me the slate. 🤷🏻♂️

Hahaha I’m really enjoying it, even more than I’d imagined. #sorrynotsorry
Topstone lower models aren’t lefty. Seems like it was the bike of choice of newbies during lockdown.

Would a Kepler Disc 2019 frame set with steel and carbon legged fork be what you are looking for? Size 60cm with hope headset and bottom bracket, saddle and post.

Had it been the thru-axle model yes, alas QR :(
Sorry! GLWS :)

Ending this search.
I should just buy some mud guards and just ride my bike.,
Apparently my Sl7 is not a wet bike. So i need something i can call a winter bike, capable of taking an offroad shortcut if necessary aka gravel. 58-60ish.
The Mrs is away next week. What can i sneak into the shed in her absence?
Must have discs.
I currently have:
DA cranks with 46t ring.
Di2 XT gearset, with everything but drop shifters (Story of my life).
160mm Hope rotor x 1.
That's justification enough for a build right?
