Apparently r&m are going to issue full refunds.

What other models should I be looking at? Urban arrow? Douze?

Really? That seems mental. As they are fixing the issue I didn't think they had to refund.

I think it's a refund and you don't get the bike back. It sounds like they don't know how to fix the issue or maybe that it'll take too long to fix it?

My dealer says he'll have more info today or Monday
