Ha it’s an Airbnb though. Can an Airbnb ever be golf club? Would golf club ever rent?

My halls were in Fitzrovia
Surely even one solitary student living in an area would disbar it from being golf club?

I’ve been to Augusta but that seems to pale in comparison with the LFGSS golf club.

Brilliant thanks, I was thinking about asking on the forum for recommendations on lesser known places to eat in London. Places off the beaten track etc.
You really rate it then? I do a lot of Indian cooking at home.Is there a current go-to Korean restaurant in London you’d recommend?

Highly recommend Babur in honor oak if you want some incredible Indian with flair and not too spenny (comparative to what you'll spend looking for a great meal in central London)...

Me, no. Am sure there are a bunch. But the Indian YMCA is a cheap, lovely canteen style cafeteria thats been there since forever circa 1920. Lovely people, honest cheap food in the centre of London. Not a foodie type joint but nice communal atmosphere not far removed from a college canteen ...but Indian. They have basic rooms too. I used to be a regular lunchtime patron.

Babur was lovely for sure if you're South London way

I've been to Pebble Beach, although in my defence it was to use the toilets while on a bike ride.

Good call.
Are the Indian thali places and Bel poori on drummond behind Euston, where the first Ambala is still good? All vegi or vegan.
The all you can eat, called Indian Veg on chapel market N1 is good.
Lahore kebab House on umberston street E1 (Pakistani food) do great minted lamb chops.

Thanks, I love the sound of this place. Just checked google maps and it’s 7 minutes walk from where I’m staying.
Babur might be a wee bit too far out for this trip. Only in London on Friday and Saturday with my young kids before Legoland. I’m very excited.

I'd be curious to know this as the one I used to go to near Center Point went with the revamp of TCR. There might still be places behind the British Museum.

The Hare Krishna place off Soho Square used to be pretty good.
Isn't it Cassoulet, in your case ;)
