  • I'm trying to get my shit together for winter well ahead of time! Has anyone used handlebar muffs before? Full Deliveroo scooter rider vibes. I've got a new job since last winter and I spend about half the time riding a cargo bike and the other half of the time assembling bikes outside so need some dexterity. I thought muffs to keep my Reynauds stricken hands warm between stops and a thinner pair of gloves to allow me to fiddle about when I need to could be a good shout. I'm talking about this sort of thing.

  • I also have two pair of the Giyo ones, one for flat bar, one for drops. So cozy but it’s often too warm for them!

I love when it’s super cold and you’re riding with them and thinking “hmmm, bit milder today” then you pull your hand out to signal for a turn and realise no, it’s still fucking baltic, just the bar mitts are that good.

  • I have Reynauds and am out on the bike all day every day regardless of the weather. Too warm is better than too cold I reckon!

  • Re: Bar mits/pogies etc. Is it a ball ache not being able to get on the drops with them, or on the flats of the bars?
