Hate to agree with Dammit on this thread but he's right. I would also say 'my bank' or 'my company' when I know for sure if anyone possesses anyone it's them owning me.
On the other hand I would never say 'my coffee roaster' unless I ran a cafe or something. Because it's pretentious.
