Overheard at the LFGSS golf club bar

My car is not golf club. Even the pot washer in the kitchens at the golf club would be ashamed to admit ownership of such an old banger.

I'd say that "Oh, I don't own a car" could be more golf club than "...my other Porsche..." but it depends on context (and taking it out of context).
