For some reason Colonel Abrams had cult status within my group of mates. I even have the rave version of that (trapped in E) which from memory was awful.

I think my first record was Shakin' Stevens - Merry Christmas Everyone (hangs head in shame).

I thought better of admitting that my first record was this 1981 stonker. I'd been playing it non-stop for about three weeks before my sister informed me that it also had a B-side.
