But Brexit is the cause of the increasing French rhetoric around cutting off our access to their electrical power in return for us locking their fishermen out of their current territories around the Channel Islands. We generate electricity mainly with wind and gas, less electricity flowing from France drives up our requirement to generate our own. Better hope it's windy!
