Trying to speak to a human at the Eastman dental hospital to see if I can move an appointment. Must have called at least 20 times this morning and they just flat out refuse to answer. Their system sometimes just rings and rings and sometimes plays hold music but always ends up transferring me back to the UCLH main telephone menu so I can listen to their Covid protocol for the umpteenth fucking time.
