An overhead projector is great for blowing up transparencies, but I can't imagine whatever "UV bulb" you put in there will affect the cyanotype emulsion a lot that way (I think that lamp would need to be very strong, and close to the emulsion).
Maybe dividing your 2x3ft image into A3 sheets you could have printed on acetate and sticking them together, then have the sun do the work would be an option?
well my digital camera is pretty garbage.
part of this is looking to do 2 foot x 3 foot prints.
it looks like the easiest was is going develop them and have the negatives scanned and printed to overhead transparencies and get an overhead projector (cheap used). should be able to get UV bulbs for a projector.
