Purposely an orc with heavy armour and the biggest fuck off axe I can find, quite fun. It still holds up pretty well as a game, graphic upgrades are pretty but things like lighting effects and some of the terrain are obviously polished turds, easy to forget after a few minutes though. Best thing is the near instant loading, I remember it took an age to go into a tiny room then back out again on the 360, I've not managed to read a single loading screen tip yet as they only occasionally even appear after a door or fast travel.

I bit the bullet. the fucking thing runs like absolute dogshit on the ps4 pro which google tells me forces 4k and only downsamples if you choose lower res so it's constantly running like a fucking jet engine and there's like a 2 second lag between pressing a button and something happening. for a game that still looks like it was made 10 years ago it's fucking ridiculous.
I made it through the intro and a bandit camp and it's basically unplayable. apparently some mods improve performance but what was "I'll spend my last tenner on something to take my mind off thing for a 100 hours" is now "this is shit, i've just wasted my money and i dont want to play it".
