Yes is definitely a shame about the lack of bicycle kits even some potentially larger 1/8 kits would be nice to have the details more legible, here’s to hoping someone will get some made in the future!
Found this on emodels earlier, makes me want to get some Halloween themed kits haha!

^ That's the Gruesome Twosome, I think.

The Protar kits were 1/9 scale and look pretty good, though the new-old-stock prices on auction sites are getting high. This person did an excellent job with the TI Raleigh version:
From their detailed build thread, which nicely compares the scale model's components with the full-size Campagnolo originals:

I still have a 1/16 scale Morgan Super Sports three-wheeler from Academy Minecraft, that I really enjoyed painting and putting together in the early 2000s. Sadly, it needs restoration after getting damaged in a house move. It looks like it is still available, so I might get another kit to plunder for any missing parts.
There don't appear to be many scale model kits of bicycles available. There used to be several classic racers by Protor, e.g., Bartali, Bianchi, Colagno, Legnano and TI Raleigh, but they were discontinued after the death of Tarquino Provini in 2005 along with his very detailed motorcycle and racing car models. This is a 1938 Legnano, (image source: https://www.catawiki.com/sv/l/48551875-cykling-gino-bartali-1938-skala-1-9-cykel#&gid=1&pid=1)
