I didn't know what okonomiyaki was until about five minutes ago.

If we knocked through from morning room to dining room... and retained the existing kitchen as a scullery.

Exactly. Okonomiyaki is basically cabbage pancake, not really Golf Club in my book. But the way I wrote it sounded pretentious perhaps. I still highly recommend it if you're ever around there; only been once but would love to go again one day.
