The Police always respond so well to having their authority questioned.

Depressingly we all know it'll end up with an extra charge of "resisting arrest".

And what happens when you reach for your phone and the cop assumes you're reaching for a weapon?

This feels like really poor advice from an out of touch copper who is deflecting from a systemic failure.
