Everyone’s different and my issue is certainly a form issue.
Benefit of getting a good head torch, even if you don’t like it you can just carry that…

Biolite are worth checking out as well, they are pretty pricy but are meant to be brilliant.

doesn't it feel a bit lop sided if your holding one arm steady with a torch???
By carry I meant in bag as spare / emergency. I've carried torches in hand before though, it's most useful when foggy. It does affect gait a small amount but we're adaptable creatures.

Thanks @rhb. Will have a check. @Panka I did wonder about head wobble and just looking else where but I guess I just have to try. Last night I nearly fell as missed a dip in the track I was running in.
