They claim to add efficiency and my mpg has gone from 42 to 45.6 (after letting the average settle for a month or two). Which is a saving of about £115 over 10k miles. Even if the exact numbers are off (real vs claimed MPG) I’m still gonna be saving cash.
New tyres increase MPG as they are bigger ;) But that said EU ratings mean you can compare tyres and some tyres are quieter often wonder how the tyre is constructed to do that.
The prii that we had ran fuel efficient tyres that had some scary handling...
