I always get blisters when I run on one little toe. Is this an insole / potentially worn out trainers thing if I'm confident that it isn't my socks? Anything preventative or that I can do to treat it now (got a half next weekend and want to do some more training, but I'm weighing up not doing to let it recoverer) cheers
I say this as somebody who has basically gone from size 10 to size 11.5 wide in the course of three years due to historically wearing shoes that are too small and then a bit of foot spread as my mileage has ramped up.
