Could you put one of those toe protectors on when you run for the next week?
Have you worn the trainers for a long time without getting blisters? Could be the stitching wearing out in the area of your big toe?
I think I am due some new shoes but I think whenever I do more than 15k it happens. Might be in the insoles?
I'll look into toe protectors, anything specific you recommend? Thanks
I’ve never used them but was chatting to someone at a race who said they are good if you get blisters during training.
Can you just put a plaster on the toe?
