we have the petrol light on in our car so I'm paranoid about having to queue.
Got shit to do this weekend though. -
we have just been using Next Door platform to find out which of our village pumps has anything. managed to score £30 of diesel yesterday. one garage had petrol only. two were completely closed. then I found the diesel. all within short range.
it's the only time I have found Next Door useful it's a proper old load of curtain twitching nonsense

Also on the whole petrol thing. Is there an easy way to find out where has stock? And does anyone have any thoughts on when things will normalise?
We were meant to go to friend's kids birthday this weekend, but it's a bit of a way. Still have ¾ of a tank (plus whatever is in my motorbike I guess) but we need to drive to get child no1 to nursery. So as harsh as it sounds we don't really want to spunk a load of fuel to stand in a church hall.
