I have a pair that I fitted but didn't get on with so went back to flats. I could post them to you.
I think I'm over the idea of MTB midfoot. I also have a pair of SPD shoes that we tried to adapt to midfoot. Sz 47 I guess if that's of any use? They seemed better than the adapters but I wasn't prepared to use them at Badlands untested.
