Mid-level Road Bike for Goin Fast (58-60cm)

Hey everybody,

I'm looking for a nice quick road bike to complement my arsenal (a Surly Trucker and a Brompton)

Hoping to spend £1000 or less for something I can have fun weekend scootarounds on

My favorite road bike I've ever owned was a CAAD9 with Ksyriums. Would love to have something like that again

Some specs to give you an idea of what I'd love to give you money for:

• Alu frame + Carbon fork/post/etc. (a little afraid of used carbon frame but can be swayed!)
  
• 105 groupset or similar
  
• preferably disc brakes (rims not a dealbreaker though)
  
• I like the batman look (all black) but not super picky here either
  
  

Looking at Cannondale, Specialized, Canyon, Ribble, etc. but would be thrilled with a BMC or something more interesting
