Don't think that's 2nd gen.
3rd according to the model number
https://support.apple.com/en-qa/HT201471And the split between 11 inch and 12.9 inch muddies the waters somewhat, making 3rd gen sound older than it is.
3rd gen 11 inch ~= 5th gen 12.9 inchIf it's the 11" M1 iPad then that's the 2021 model which is still the latest available
And a very reasonable price with the accessories
