I would look up the stack height difference to your other pedal system as a start point and adjust the seat height appropriately (and maybe adjust for the shoes too depending if there's a big difference)
Then I'd do the rest by feel, having got the cleat placed as close as possible by eye, comparing old and new shoes.
I’m trying to set my new Slate up.
Ive changed to spd on the slate other than that everything else is equal.
Should I just copy the measurements of contact points across from the Canyon?
Also how can I best make the clear position the same given the different systems?
