In a miraculous twist I went to a local ‘dealer’ who submitted my claim yesterday morning. By lunch I had confirmation of a warranty replacement rear triangle that’ll be shipped Monday.

Now imagine if that’d happened 4 weeks ago when I contacted Evans with all of the details…
