    Are these a special kind of extra bougie shallot imported from the upper middle Rhine valley?

  • Reminds me of an anecdote from a family friend who went to a cheese shop in Mayfair to ask for whatever cheese it was (I forget).
    The server said; "does sir know [cheese name]"?

    To which the friend said; "well yes, that's why I'm asking for it".

    Only to be met with the reply; "then sir would know that [cheese] is only available between x-y months."
