Is '86' the total spindle lenght of these?
It's the width over the outsides of the two bearings.

Rather annoyingly, there are at least three different tools for 386EVO/1.370" threaded cups, so you'll probably have to buy the tool. Not that you wouldn't have wanted to anyway.
FSA, Token and Rotor all do suitable BBs which can be had for under £50
