There are 9 x2 and they could be 1/4" but I've no idea where my calipers are to check.
Most online bike shops don't seem to sell them at all. I could buy a lifetime supply box of assorted sizes for not much from Amazon but I'd rather give some money to a shop.
It seems many don't. One cited the cost of labour replacing loose ball bearings compared to the value of a typical wheel with them. I can see their point. Kind of sucky throw away economy though.
